All Classes Start at 8:30 am

Welcome to the Georgia Bail Bonding Training Academy website! In Georgia, it is mandatory that every bail bondsman and bail recovery agent (bounty hunter) take continuing education annually as well as before beginning work in either field.. The Georgia law that requires this is O.C.G.A 17-6-50.1 for bail bondsmen and O.C.G.A. 17-6-56.1 for bail recovery agents.

The continuing education course is one day (8 hours). This course is designed to teach you the Georgia Laws, review what is going on around the state and nationally in regards to the bail bonding industry, and to give you the basic foundation to work in the bail bonding industry. The cost for the one day course is $250.00 cash or money order only (GAPB members can pay with company checks only). No pre-payments are accepted, you pay at the door. Some locations do have a maximum number of students due to fire code regulations, so click on the registration page to reserve your spot.
